14  The Framework Design

This cluster specifies how the analytical environment is built — the artefact governance architecture, the thin-waist interface design, the modelling methods available at each layer, and the domain translation that makes the framework instantiable in a specific industrial context.

The architecture section (modular design and artefact governance) is the intellectual core of the framework. The modelling methods section provides the toolbox. Domain translation shows how general principles become specific to industrial process heat.
